Preschool Through Eighth Grade Admissions

Blessed Sacrament Catholic School serves students from preschool through eighth grade, helping children build a strong educational and spiritual foundation during their most formative years.

    Our preschool program provides a fun, engaging, and faith-filled environment where young children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically before entering kindergarten.


    Families can choose from flexible preschool scheduling options designed to meet a variety of family needs.

    • Monday–Friday | 8 a.m.–3 p.m. | $5,350
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8 a.m.–3 p.m. | $3,750  
    • Monday–Friday | 8 a.m.–Noon | $3,750
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8 a.m.–Noon | $3,500  

    Preschool Enrollment Requirements

    • Preschool: Age 3 by September 1
    • Pre-Kindergarten: Age 4 by September 1
    • Kindergarten: Age 5 by September 1

    Step 1: Schedule a Personal Tour


    The best way to experience Blessed Sacrament is to visit our campus, meet our staff, and see student life firsthand.


    Families are encouraged to schedule a tour and meet with our principal to learn more about our academic programs, faith formation, extracurricular opportunities, and school culture.

    Step 2: Complete Registration Forms


    Families should complete and submit all required registration documents annually, including:


    New students should also provide:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

    Step 3: Submit Required Health Documentation


    To comply with Illinois school requirements, students must complete the following health examinations where applicable:

    • Annual sports physicals for student athletes
    • Preschool physical exams
    • Kindergarten and sixth grade complete physical and dental exams
    • Second grade dental exams
    • Kindergarten vision exams
